Rock River Arms 10.5" Upper, Buffer Tube, PMAG $750

New and just delivered RRA 10.5" A2 .223 /.556 10 1/2 Inch A2 Pistol Upper Half, .223/5.56 Options: RRA Aluminum Free Float Tube:|Standard Bolt Carrier Group|Chrome-Moly 1:7|Standard Handle/Latch|A2 Flash Hider|A2 Front Sight Along with : AR0113PASY Pistol Receiver Extension Assembly Both brand new and just delivered. Need the money to complete another open project. Will also throw in one black G3 Magpul 30 Round standard capacity Magazine.
Prefer FTF in DFW area, BUT would make an exception for any Senior Member of this board.
On RRA website upper is $675 and buffer is $39.
Depending on whether you are shopping at Midway 4 months ago, or Cheaper Than Dirt this week, PMAGS are worth $11-$80 dollars.

Seriously? Any ammo right now makes me cringe. I don't think 300blk is any more than .308.

I have searched all over and can't find an answer to my question, but I suspect someone here may have one.
Can this be shipped to California without running into legal issues?
