Google calculator. Query google like this:

100 grains = ? grams

(click for the result)

Rearrange and substitute units as needed.

In my day we kept a "CRC Tables" handy for such things, I still have mine. With Chemical Rubber Company's fine book I can convert anything to anything, including feet per second to furlongs per fortnight.

Can you convert American fuel efficiency to European standards?

It's Miles per Gallon, versus liters per 100 kilometers.... it's a harder than it seems at first glance.

With a CRC tables, of course.

Also, of course, all the math has to be done by the user, but it's really nothing more than simple math with lots of steps.
