New Bearcat question

Just bought my first Ruger Bearcat. It is stainless, with a manufacture date of March 2013. I've read they have always come with aluminum ejector housings, but mine is stainless. I know there is a Lipsey's special run with short barrel, birds head grip, and stainless ejector housing, but mine is the standard model with square butt and four inch barrel. Bought it new on Gunbroker out of Georgia. I might be suspicious that someone had put an aftermarket steel ejector housing on it, but it is clearly brand new, test-fired at the factory on March 25. Yesterday I saw a stainless Bearcat at Cabela's and it had the aluminum ejector housing. So I wonder if Ruger is transitioning away from the criticized aluminum ejector housing for new Bearcats. Or, did I just get an anomaly?

Bearcats are neat little revolvers. The is a wealth of knowledge here, but Ii you don't get any responses you might try http://www.rugerforum.com It's quite possibly an anomaly.

Finally got to shoot my new baby Ruger. Hopefully it'll get better when my new glasses arrive.
