I notice that it's not playing anywhere in Texas, but a lot in Kalifornia.

Unfortunately, it is at the quasi-30.06 posted AMC at Grapevine Mills Mall. I've sworn off GMM and all of its associated businesses but might make an except to go and see this movie. I'm curious about how the 2A message is really portrayed.

I know this is sorta dead thread, but did not want to start a new one.
I finally had a chance to watch this documentary. It's pretty well done. I seriously wish that more anti's would take a look at it as it provides a well thought out approach to establishing the absolute need for and importance of the 2nd Amendment. I personally had never really known much about the battle of Athens and it should go to show the people like Piers Morgan that while, ideally, we shouldn't fear our government will become tyrannical the only thing keeping that possibility in check is an armed populace.
If you haven't see the film I'd recommend it.

Where did you see it? I'm still interested in watching it and might know a couple of antis that I could drag there, too, if the situation were right.

I watched it through an Amazon prime rental. 3.99 I believe though I'm pretty sure you could find it around on the internet.

What does everyone think of Ice-T as the narrator?

I contributed to the crowdfunding effort for this movie, way back at the beginning of the project.

The release date was back in June 2013.
It is also available on VUDU, which has no membership fee or monthly charge. You can watch it for $3.99 or own it for $9.99. You can watch for free a 2 minute trailer and a short preview there. Just search for it by title "Assaulted".
