There are a lot of holsters out there to choose from. I personally have two, a Fobus paddle holster, and a Bianchi Professional 100 IWB, both of which I like a lot, and both of which were relatively cheap.

Others to consider:

High Noon holsters
Fist holsters
Comp-Tac holsters (says available for PT145 soon)
Don Hume holsters

You can do a google search and find the related websites for the above, then check the availability and types. There really isn't a lack of holsters for these guns, you just have to look hard enough.

I can prob. get you a custom one made, Tucker, Comp-Tac, Hoffner's, they are the best at what they do. Leather to Kydex they have you covered.

If you go with leather, a holster made for a Glock 26/27/33 will fit the PT145. When I had a PT, I carried it in a holster made for a Glock 19 and it was a perfect fit.

I would be worried about the holster coming out with the gun with that dinky lookin lil clip on you holster. It doesn't look like it would keep the holster put if you had to draw

If it's anything like the Bianchi Pro 100 holster (and the clip looks almost identical, though narrower), you have nothing to worry about there. There's no way mine could come unclipped before the gun. That clip is made of some seriously stiff spring metal.

Here's a picture of my light carry rig, with an FEG PA-63 in a Bianchi Pro 100 Holster:

Nah, that dinky lil clip has never let go. Works very well, especially with a belt. :txflag:

Thanks to HighVelocity, I now have 2 holsters that fit my Mill Pro. Both are for a Glock 23 but fit the Pro like a glove.

Made by Donner Gun Leather, both are pancake and very comfortable.

I tried several holsters and the Tucker Heritage is by far the most comfortable IWB I have ever carried in. I found mine at Collectors Firearms in Houston. I am not a fan of the single clip stule but the double clip/strap fore and aft the holster is a rock solid setup.
