I would say in Texas, it is Stay calm and shoot back!Police are warning residents of the South Shore neighborhood of a string of November robberies.
The robberies have happened in the area bordered by South Yates Boulevard, South South Shore Drive, East 72nd Street and East 74th Street, according to a community alert released by the Chicago Police Department on Saturday.
A suspect or suspects have displayed a black steel handgun and announced a robbery, police said.
Police described a possible suspect as a black man between 20 and 25 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 150 to 190 pounds, with braids or dreadlocks.
Residents are encouraged to remain alert and stay calm in the case of a robbery.
