Had to go to Round Rock hospital emergency room friday night. I walked up to the door from the right side and saw the english version of the sign on the right stationary side of the sliding double doors. Not seeing the spanish version, I thought great, non legal posting. Went in and saw my grandma, came out, and saw the spanish version on the left stationart side of the doors. :shock:
Legal or not?

(B) a sign posted on the property that:
(i) includes the language described by Paragraph (A) in both
English and Spanish;
While the language says "a sign", which is singular, I bet it would probably play out as valid in court. Maybe not, though. I wouldn't want to be the test case, anyway. I'd probably treat that one as valid as long as everything else is in compliance.

Too bad, too. My sister-in-law works there.

Well I sure wouldn't want to be the test case either, especially in Willianson Co.

North Austin Medical Center is posted as well. I believe this is true of all of the Columbia owned hospitals in central Texas. (South Austin, North Austin, St Davids, RR, and Georgetown)

Columbia does not own those hospitals. They are privately owned at this time.
My son made a little money when they bought out his stock.
