Man tries to evade police barricades and loses leg.
KEMAH — A man had one of his legs severed when he lost control of his motorcycle attempting to flee police Saturday evening.
Kemah police were investigating an accident at Sixth and Bradford streets near the Kemah Boardwalk Entertainment District when a man driving a black motorcycle defied officers and drove around barricades erected by police at the accident site.

Bet he won't do that again - not on a motorcycle anyway.

He will have the rest of his life to ponder that decision. I wonder how long it will take for the lawsuit.

He was not running from the law when he lost his leg, But, after riding his BMW around for several years with one leg, it was believed he was running from them when he crashed and was killed south of town.
So, he only did it once...

I stopped a guy going through West Shore State Park on an ATV a couple years ago who didn't have any legs.

I felt kinda' bad about that but the law is the law and the rules are the rules. The ATV was not licensed as required in Montana.
I found out later that he'd lost his legs in some sort of train wreck a few years earlier in Oregon. This guy had at least two fully automatic guns of different calibers and would run off a few rounds at night when the spirit moved him. His neighbors in Goose Bay on Flathead Lake loved it.

NOT!

What's the over/under on how long it takes him to fleece the taxpayers for disability benefits?

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. As for the rest of us on two wheels who try to do it right, we would appreciate you keeping your eyes open for us when you're out and about.

What is his alternative? Not too many job openings for a person with one leg.
