I'm confused. First I thought who goes into strip club to watch their sister and who throws pennies at strippers.

Then, I gave them benefit of the doubt and assume there's no strip club in that part of Beaumont. But then, who the heck throws change at girls? Is that a new way to get attention? Man, what happened to talking a good rap with a pick up line?

The Dixie Dance Hall is a C&W Club. I assume that the girls in question where dancing on the bar. (Refer to the picture on bottom left)

Tossing change at a topless dancer instead of greenbacks infers that the gal is ugly. I guess this is what set the brother off.

The Dixie Dance Hall is in the building that housed the Dixie Hotel, a notorious bordello from Beaumont's wild and wooly past. Before the James Commission closed it all down, Beaumont was wide open with many gambling and houses of ill repute scattered throughout the city. At the time, there was widespread corruption in most of the law enforcement agencies and, allegedly, a strong Mafia presence. Back then Beaumont wasn't known as "Boremont." "rlol"
