Man with AK-47 Shooting at Fire Truck in Dallas

Fire department responding to a grass fire near some high-dollar homes in north dalals at Frankford adn N 40th Place requested police response as tehy were being shot at by a man with an AK-47. Live video at the link below

The article was updated to state a suspect is in custody, but no further details have been released.

He was supposedly spouting anti-government rhetoric. Sounds like possibly a wacko.
EDIT TO ADD: I guess if you are willing to take pot-shots at a fire truck it probably puts you in that category automatically.

Yeah, pretty much so. Apparently he was claiming to be a "Sovereign "Citizen" according to an earlier report on WFAA Ch8. And, on the 10pm news, they did show video of one of DFR's trucks that had a bullet hole in one of the chromed tire frames (or whatever you call the chrome around the body cutout for the tire).
