I don't know if this will make the national media and attract the attention of the Justice Department, since only a BB gun was found in his car.

Maybe that's the problem; he had to put his hands up and take them off the wheel. Dangerous combination when you are trying to surrender and drive at a high rate of speed too.

Radio host Michael Berry has picked up the story, he is a vocal police supporter and has blamed the wall for the murder.
I suspect Starbucks is the real villain here, no doubt they will be sued.
