I love some of the comments to the story, here's a good one:
"I live in South Dakota and it would be rare that it would happen here. My neighbors would have come out with a gun instead of a camera."

...and they're only charged with a $5000.00 bond?
How is that a reasonable figure?
You can bet these two have committed a lot more crimes...
