Wait time in the mail?

What's the deal with rediculous wait times once status changes?
Status changed on 4/13/15. Still no CHL in the mail.
How does a letter take over 11 days to travel to Houston from Austin, sorry guys just venting.

I only waited 2 days to get plastic after the status change... I'd call if I were you. That sounds like lost mail or something.

Mine took 19 days to get from Austin to Ft. Worth. Keep the faith

thanks! I did call and they just said it could take up to 10 business days.

Well it finally came in the mail!! But now there's a problem, they printed my address wrong. I checked the addresses on file with the website and on the envelope and they are all correct.
They put x0x instead of x00x, I will have to wait to carry.
At least I went to the Range today and zero'd my New RMR 06 on my Glock 17 milled by L&W precision gun works, it's been beautifully cut down to a G 19 length. It takes The same mags as my G19. I like the RMR, it's fun to shoot a single hole and open it up to a big hole.
