Seth Fontenot could receive from 4 to 40 years in the shooting death of a teenager in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Happened at night. His pickup had been previously broken into and vandalized. He shot at three teens who were driving by at 3 am and woke him.
Some websites have called this defense of property, however, seems more to it.
