Oklahoma CCL Class recommendations

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have a friend who lives near Tulsa, he asked me if I knew any good instructors for an OK license in the Tulsa area. He commented that the state website has a database, but as those of us who have TX CHL's know quality of instructors may vary.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
