People like this deserve to be put down almost immediately. This family was trying to help a perfect stranger and he returns the favor by killing them...

I agree. I think a law (state laws or federal) that mandates a death sentence must be carried out in one calendar year from when it is issued should be in order. Of course, that will sorely anger the associated lawyers because it will impact the thing that really matters to them - no, not justice.

SDT,

We share the same perspective.

No pleasant juice for this monster - get a rope!

2-3 years ago I was in North Dakota and Montana. The people and values reminded me of the 50's & 60's. I cant say enough about how helpful & gracious they are.

One of my biggest & frustrating problems was poor cell phone service. I would drive for miles looking for a small window of reception, sometimes only 20 sq feet of fading signal! When found, I would pull off the road & struggle to make phone calls before the signal faded - and not one person would pass by without stopping (interrupting my phone call) & offering help. (being stranded in the winter can mean death)

With the oil boom drawing all walks of humanity, these poor folks are sitting ducks for criminal predators.

Hey he was here legally.

See if you get a Trump ad mid story when you open it. Very smart placement.

RIP good Samaritans.

I have no idea what "unable to be deported because he had already gotten legal status" means. I agree get a rope and hang this border jumping evil spawn.

"The man accused of killing two Good Samaritans who tried to help him on a Montana roadside was encountered by immigration authorities earlier this year after a burglary arrest, but was unable to be deported because he had already gotten legal status, federal authorities said this week."
