This is beyond tragic, but worse yet, the father may have a hand in the incident.

Just read a Fox update, while the parents say they know nothing and saw nothing - cannot even describe the vehicle - there may be witnesses who are claiming the parent's truck was swerving in traffic to prevent another other car from passing.

Truly sad. I think there might be more going on here than the parents are letting on.

Tony Torrez, 32, was charged with the murder of Lilly Garcia, who died Tuesday from a gunshot wound to the head. The shooting happened along I-40 in Albuquerque. Torrez was taken into custody Wednesday, after police received an anonymous tip."
