I was just a couple blocks away when this happened early this morning. Kind of scary how this happened so close to home...

TEMPLE - UPDATE: Marlin Police Chief, Darrell Allen, is in stable but critical condition after being shot in the head at a Temple night club, early Sunday morning.

Good heavens! That place is a speed trap if there ever was one, but no one deserves that.

Got my first "CHL induced written warning" in Marlin in 2005.

Prayers for him, and all other LEOs. God bless you guys!
