I do. My Tauraus T-85 is under this Wrangler.
I also make a vest out of them by taking the sleeves out at the seem & squaring the tail up at the high point on each hip. I cover my Kimber pro w/ the sleevless vest then.

I have a white snap Wrangler shirt that I wear the T85 under some times.
It can be done w/ a quality shoulder holster. I have a Galco Miami Classic. Andrews Leather makes a really good one.
The key to getting a chouldre rig comfortable is getting it adjusted right. That takes a while. You need to wear it a half a day to see if you like it then adjust a little. Another half a day.
You will either like it or you wont like it at all.
If you know someone close that has one, see if you can borro it for a couple of days. I did & that convinced me.

I've had good luck with my Miami Classic II, which has straps a little wider in the shoulder area for heavier guns. I agree that you will either like it or hate it. But even my G21 conceals well under a light vest, safari jacket, or loose shirt. Shoulder rigs work well for driving, and are easy on-off.

Miami Classic for over 10 years now.

Shoulder carry works well for me, but may not for others. There are pros and cons of course, but not as many (cons) as some people would suggest.

Buy a quality rig if you are going to carry this way, and be prepared to spend a little time adjusting it....and learning the "correct" way to draw from it.

Let us know if we can be of any help.

Those Kramer holster shirts are cheap, and work okay for a mid-sized pistol.

The Monarch is a rig I am seriously looking at.

I'm sure it's the G21 that does it for you...I know how much you like .45s.
