Better an arm than his head. This way, he and his ilk will have a constant reminder of their misdeeds. Maybe, just maybe, he can connect with his Momma's sperm donor during the healing process.

I don't think that's what is meant when they say to try to disarm your attacker.

It's being reported the driver of the SUV is now being charged with attempted murder.

What is sad is no one will point out that a big part of the reason he retaliated is the very low likelihood that the criminal would be caught or punished significantly if caught.casp625 wrote:It's being reported the driver of the SUV is now being charged with attempted murder.
If I were on the jury, I think I would be conflicted (assuming no other unknown information).

I can understand his actions, but this is a perfect example of why you should not let your emotions take control of your actions after such an encounter.
I don't see that the odds are in his favor of a not guilty verdict. "Revenge" is not a good defense.
