And I moved during March.

Last week status was changed so I changed my address and thought my waiting is over, but then when I logged in again the status changed back until now.

So does it mean that a new plastic will be sent to my current address? or the application is not done yet?

The new plastic should be sent to the mailing address you had to fill out on the address change. I did mine, and it was processed and sent to me in 7 days.
