What Last Preparations Have You made For the Inevitable?

I just bought 5000 rounds of assorted ammunition.

Just in case.

Looking at magazines.

Also know of a sweet Rock Island Armory .45 officer size that is super tight. Guy only asking $375.00. I'm gonna walk in and lay out $320.00 cash out the door and see if he bites.

Harbor Freight has ammo cans for sale.

Excellent. Christ's Mercy is what we need.

Prepare for the inevitable.

I was pretty well stocked already, but I just ordered another 2,500 rounds of ammo, and ten more 30 round PMags.

The United States, and the Constitution will not survive another Civil War - or a collapse of the rule of law - it is insane to even contemplate such a thing.

Rule of Law starts at the top and it's already collapsed. I agree its insane to even think we already lost this country.

I've been in ammo mode for a long time. Still need to pick up some night stuff but ammo is always priority. My family has been stocking the same calibers and parts for years. On a happy note for my 1.9 and 7 month old grandsons we put away over 50 pounds of Jolly Ranchers and Old Fashion Candy Sticks in mason jars with oxygen absorbers!

Some day we may be sucking on hard candy blaring Ride of the Valkyries, standing in a pile of spent brass...

If the clinton crime family and cartel is once more in office as a nation we're toast.

Vote for Trump.

My wife doesn't want to keep money in the bank, just in case.

I've been buying ammo, food, and medical supplies all along. The last few days, I got back to reloading match and hunting ammo. But let's be honest....while it is wise in the mind to be prepared for war, we should have our hearts set on being prepared for peace.

Personally, I pray as much for the wisdom and guidance of the Spirit even more than I do for the physical means of defense. God has seen fit to give me enough resources to make a fairly modest investment in preparation, but not enough to buy whatever I want, whenever I want it. By making smaller purchases over time, never more than 1,000 rounds at a time in any one caliber, I've accumulated a few thousand rounds of ammo in various calibers - the largest part of it in 5.56, but also at least 2000 in .308, 3000 in 9mm, and .and maybe 1000 45 ACP. But while it looks like a lot of ammo when stored in numerous ammo cans on my storage shelf......and this is something you should ALL be thinking about....it is really only enough to either 1) fight a few pitched firefights, or 2) put meat on the table for my family for the next couple of decades, but not both.

One has to be a wealthy man to prepare for a real war, and I'm not that wealthy. Consequently, there is at least as much value in accumulating relationships with sober-minded, intelligent, and gracious people who have the same assessment of the future, as there is in stockpiling materiel. Strategy requires colaborers, otherwise all you have is tactics. Tactics may win a fight, but it won't win a war. So I have consciously and deliberately sought to build a network of relationships with like-minded people, which to me, is as important as the material preps.

And all of this includes spiritual preparation and maintenance. There will be a role to be played for a good chaplain in all of this.

I was thinking the same thing but if things Fall Apart the dollar is worthless.

The only inevitable I'm aware of is death and taxes.

So, I pay my taxes and when death arrives, I'll be carted off to a crematorium and that will be that...
