Just found out Supreme Court Justice Kennedy announced he is retiring july 31st
Stated he would leave the court when his replacement is confirmed!
The liberal heads are exploding!

I was wondering if he would try to live out the next 6 years of Trump. We are darned lucky they ran stillary and lost because the supreme court would have been 7 liberals

This is just one reason to have voted for Trump (if not the biggest). I predict he will have another justice to pick besides replacing Kennedy. Ginsberg is way past due.

Would be better if Ginsberg left, like last year, but I will take replacing Kennedy with a Trump pick, as long as Trump stays true on course.

Just think of what McConnell did when Obama picked Garland for supreme court. The gamble of letting Garland go through, moderate liberal they say, blocking him and having Hillary win and pick a flaming liberal, or having Trump win and pick a conservative and we all know that Trump was never going to win. I don't know if McConnell has a time machine or could just see into the future. I would not want to play poker with a man that maneuvered that hand or was it just plain luck! Worked out for those with conservative leanings.

If Shillary won, the Senate would have approved Merrick, lickety split.
