Australia: 4 dead 1 wounded by parolee wearing ankle monitor

Happened in Darwin, a man in high visibility vest with an ankle monitor shot up a hotel and various other sites with a pump shotgun.
Guess he didn't keep his shotgun at a shooting range locked up as required.
Immediately gave his race a caucasian and said it was not terror related.
A parolee with an ankle monitor most likely would be a prohibited person. A pump action shotgun would also be a class B or C weapon.

The answer is "Common Sense Parolee Controls": ban ankle-monitor wearing parolees.

Couple of decades ago, Australia had a mass shooting, similar to Columbine or Newtown. And Australia just said, well, that’s it, we’re not doing, we’re not seeing that again, and basically imposed very severe, tough gun laws, and they haven’t had a mass shooting since.

I'm sure somehow, the NRA, and "assault weapons of war" are to blame. MSM brainstorming now to get the proper spin.

Even in the US, those ankle monitors do not work like they state they do, it's not a 100% fail safe situation like they say.
