TX: San Antonio man treats GSW with beer

After being shot in the abdomen, man walks across street to convenience store, pulls a beer out of the cooler, and starts drinking.
Doesn't seem to remember much about who shot him other than the shooter was in a car. I suspect that maybe that was not his first beer of the day.
