Renewal Time

I realized my LTC was set to expire the third week of August. I paid and sent my third renewal in on August 2.
FINALLY just today I received my new plastic TODAY!
I truly do not understand why some people get taken care of in 10-14 days, and others take as long as mine.
But at the end of the day, I am happy to have my card back.
