With the city having cashless bail, how do you get an accused to show up for trial.

Apparently they are letting a lot of people behind bars out as well.

Bet they don't give incentives for paying your taxes on time, or not going to jail in the first place.

My cousin works in NYC, she sees homeless people urinating on sidewalk's, nothing is done about it.
