MSM says all to familiar to American schools. Fails to mention guns are completely illegal in Mexico.

The governor said the shooter lived with his grandparents and that his mother had died some years ago. He said the boy had not presented behavioral problems before in the school.

And reading between the lines, father apparently absent. I think they need to be looking at 1) his relationship with the teacher, 2) level of parenting the grandparents were actually capable of, 3) his interactions with classmates. I'm guessing there were previous issues that the governor is not aware of......
