PMs Staying in Outbox

I have tried to send a couple recent PMs to fellow members, but they are stuck in my outbox and not sending. Any suggestions?

Your PM’s stay in the outbox until the recipient picks it up. The PM will stay there until it read by the recipient or you delete it.
