Our CHL instructor told us to expect it to take 4-6 weeks to receive our plastic once we mailed in our completed packet. Looks like he was right. My mtac should arrive about the same time. Love this country and this blog!

I've read on this forum that 2-3 weeks is normal wait for first confirmation by DPS. Good luck!
