Mall shooting kills two. “Heard a couple of shots go off, didn’t really think anything of it,” Antwon Martinez said. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/28/us/sacramento-mall-shooting/index.html "Based on the preliminary investigation detectives believe this shooting is an isolated incident and not the res...

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/kyle-rittenhouse-says-he-used-coronavirus-stimulus-check-buy-ar-n1248290 Used coronavirus stimulus check to buy AR-15. Near as I can tell it saved his life. Money well spent. He was too young to buy it so gave the money to a 19 year old to buy it. That makes it ...

Re: Shotgun Advice

I'm pretty ignorant on the affect, but would low recoil shells work for home defense? Maybe my thinking is wrong, but I would expect an intruder to turn and run, if the shot doesn't put him down. I used them when I took my wife to the range to get used to a 12 ga. I didn't want her to be turned off ...

I voted last night - my first presidential election, woohoo.

And yes, everyone was masked - other than foggy glasses, it didn't bother me.
Congratulations! :woohoo

Re: Texas is now a...

Sort of takes your breath away, how Texas elections are affected by the liberal turnout in the bigger cities. Texas was saved in the 2016 elections by the rural voters. I've been telling people the same thing about the senate election when the rural counties saved the state from Beto. I predict it ...

Re: Masks now required for voting

I voted in Collin county. They had a sign that said masks required. So I walk up to the poll worker with mask on and hand him my ID. He was behind plexiglass and also wearing a mask. He took my DL and without even looking at me ran it through computer and set me up. I could have been anyone using a...

Houston, DFW and Austin account for the majority. What we have to count on is the large amount of people registered as indep...
