Mailed 3/30 noted today 4/19 that everything has been received only awaiting verification of the background check and final review. A real relief to just confirm thy have got it all in the system. Shouldn't be too long now!

Mailed everything in on March 30th. Still no sign that they've received and are processing the paperwork. 
From browsing here that may not be too unusual but it seems like a long time.
