Sorry, I guess I wasn't very clear. I was asking how to get my arrest record (not sure if that's the right term) for both of these events.

Don't forget to provide an update. I want to know how this works out for you. Good luck with it. I've done things in my past that I deeply regret, and those things do not represent me as a person today. I'm hoping that something that happened in 1995 will not stop me from obtaining my CHL.

I wanted to point out that I'm not the OP. I saw I was being quoted, and didn't want anyone confusing me with the OP that acutally did these things in KS. I was just curious about the expungement portion of it.

Doesn't the expungement mean the arrest "never happened"? So if a background check was run, wouldn't the arrest not even show up?
