Yes, they work for both. I just put .223 I could have put on there 5.56 instead. Technically speaking though, they are a little different in the neck dimensions.

I'm with Strategic Weapons Academy of Texas. We have a 38 acre training facility outside of Ennis, Texas. It is closed to the Public unless you are attending a course. We have several Local police departments and 1 Federal agency that train there at present.

APG (Adrenalin Proving Grounds) is another school here in the area.

I've been to Tiger Valley and to APG. Both schools were great. I did a pistol class at APG and a carbine class at Tiger Valley.

I have an ATI stock for sale. It fits Rem, Win and Mos pump guns. Asking $30 for it. I'll throw in the shell holder but one of the holders has a crack. SOLD
