And today, Feb 8th, it was waiting in my mailbox. It was postmarked on 2/6/13. I also live right outside Austin so that probably didn't hurt either.

That's a little discouraging. I mentioned above that I spoke with a CHL worker today and she said they would get to my email within the next two days. I was under the impression once that ...

I wouldn't beat yourself up over the time on submitting stuff online. It looks like the time frame has equalized now. I submitted all my stuff online as well and I didn't get updates until around the same time as some who snail mailed them. Here is my timeline.

Nope. I received the email 8 days ago that my docs uploaded on the site were received but my online app still states it's awaiting documentation.

I received a confirmation via email yesterday (Jan 16th) that they have received the docs but my online application still shows waiting on required materials. Copy of the email is below.
