Re: No 4th of July Fireworks at US Bases
BUT, honest people have to honestly discuss things as they are not how they want them to be. The US President did not cancel any fireworks show at any US military base. Decisions were made by the administration and congress that caused a short fall of funds, and military bases cut many things to ma...

Re: No 4th of July Fireworks at US Bases
Let’s keep it real, shall we.. Yes. Let's keep it real. The most destructive, immoral, unethical, illegal, corrupt administration in the history of our country keeps on doing what they are doing and essentially get away consequence free. Please. No more excuses. Anygunanywhere :iagree: :iagree: :ia...

Re: Tax on guns and ammo
The real question I have is will the black market street dealer selling the stolen gun with the serial number filed off be required to collect the sales tax up front or will it be up to the buyer to file it similar to a use tax? Will the tax be required to be paid if the buyer fails the universal b...

Re: Church/work carry
Oops - my mistake. Those dang amendments! (h-1) *[as added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., HB 2300.] It is a defense to prosecution under Subsections (b)(1), (2), and (4)-(6), and (c) that at the time of the commission of the offense, the actor was: (1) a judge or justice of a federal court; (2) an a...

Re: Church/work carry
Um- correct me if I misread this, but you would be in violation: PC §46.035. UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF HANDGUN BY LICENSE HOLDER. (a) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder carries a handgun on or about the license holder's person under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Gover...

Re: IRS Agents ‘Accidentally’ Discharged Guns 11 Times
My outrage is that agents who "accidentally" discharge their weapons are not required to have special training. They should be suspended, receive special training AND be required to jockey a desk for six months. Oh wait - they are Government employees; never mind. Common sense rules don't ...

Re: One in the pipe - do you do it?
Just curious; are there any statistics that anybody knows of on unintentional discharges while carrying? I hear a lot of stories of Glock owners shooting off body parts so of COURSE Glocks (and probably all other striker-fired guns without safeties) are dangerous. My question is, how many of these u...

TPWD or Army Corps Control
My wife and I have recently started canoeing the bayous and smaller lakes in SE Texas (mostly around Houston). There have been some fairly remote places that we've gone where I felt a little naked without my weapon - alligators for one, shady-looking trot-lineres for another (yes, I'm making a gener...

Re: ammo on sale
I was visiting my brother the other day and his neighbor walked over to the fence to chat. During the conversation he started bragging about how he knows all the local WalMart delivery days and gets to the stores very early to wait. He buys it to sell to a couple of dealers who make all the gun sho...

Re: Billboard Up At Twentynine Palms Marine Base
The way that Husein treats the Marines - heck, ALL of the military - I kind of wonder what they would do if he gave an order that went against what they were sworn to do: protect the Constitution of the United States.

This thread needs to be a sticky , and regularly updated with credible sources/links/etc... I would like to see an organized, detailed, and most of all accurate compilation of all the corruption, suspicions, lies, scandals, hypocritical statements, false promises, and others -- all related to the O...

I'll take Joe over Husein any day. Just give the liquor trucks a direct route into the White House and we won't see uncle Joe till he starts moving out.tomneal wrote:The main problem with impeachment is Joe Biden.

Not sure if there are any Glenn Beck fans here, but I remember in 2008 - before Obama was even inaugurated - he said that history will prove the Obama administration to be the most corrupt in history.

Does this story remind anybody else of that song from the 70's; "Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone".
