I would have uploaded it on line, but I don't have a scanner to scan the CHL-100 or my DD 214 onto the PC. I knew I was going to need one of those some day.

Background check was under review for about two days, much shorter than what I thought it would be. Hopefully I'll have this baby in hand by Saturday so I can do a Target walk (Wal-Mart around here is too sketchy for my taste) on Sunday.

It's happening! I was really worried because I submitted all docs electronically. It works! Now my poor husband has to wait for his. He had to renew his passport first so ...

March 2011-Online Application (Never finished sending in required materials, ended up getting deployed shortly after, forgot about it)
June 2013-Took CHL class (Didn't take the test, A/C conked out at around 12pm, class was cancelled)
Sep 3rd- Called DPS to remove my application status from AD ...
