Re: Personal Body Camera
Eh... Not LEO so haven't really felt a need for it. I probably should have one in whatever vehicle I'm driving in but hadn't felt the need for that either. The few times I've needed one on my person is because I'm doing some kind of activity that I want to record and I just use my GoPro. Sorry I'm ...

Re: State Fair of Texas 2025
Two years later, still no one can determine if the shooter had an LTC. Some crack investigative reporting. Seems like that would have come out during the trial.
I'm 99.9% sure he didn't.
I'm sure he didn't either. I was more so curious than anything. But the fact that the media fails to ...

Re: State Fair of Texas 2025
All of the above "safety" partners were unable to prevent an unlicensed, illegal gun carrier from entering the fair grounds and shooting people. But hey, if you're there and you see someone about to shoot others, by all means say something. :banghead:
I had to look up the shooting I last ...

Re: State Fair of Texas 2025
Ya I checked last week knowing the Fair was coming soon. Still no change. Guess another year I am not going. I have always ridden DART rail to the fair to avoid parking fees and hassle and simply do not feel safe doing so unarmed.

Re: Glock 19 Gen 5 COA
I bought a Glock 19 COA a few months ago. I am not sure what to make of it and if I'll keep it or not. I normally carry a full size Glock 17 or 45 and I'm perfectly comfortable with it. When I need something smaller, a Glock 43 or 43x with a comp on it that makes it 48 size.
The good. The 19 COA is ...

Agreed on not being able to claim self defense claim when you initiate the contact. I believe I first heard of this when I took Massad Ayoob's MAG40 Class (excellent class BTW and I feel everybody should take this while they still can with Mas still around).

Faraday Bag If it bothers you. Personally I could care less if they follow me. I only go three places. Home, church and hospital. :smilelol5:

Pretty crazy. I was watching some videos on YouTube on this last night. And yes, no mentions of a good guy with a gun where mentioned. Stay safe out there everybody and always be vigilant.

Re: Get a gun- cameras just record your murder
Just finished reading a few articles. Pretty sad. The house was apparently accessible after the suspect climbed a high spiked wall and entered an unlocked door. There were several calls to the police to report the burglary but they were not able to access the house due to the high wall and locked ...

Would have been much better if it had happened differently with the same dead bad guy.

If I ever decided to do a holster for a BBQ gun, Tucker would be at the top of my list (with Palmetto Leather Works a close second). How do you like the Prodigy? Has it been pretty reliable once it was broken in?
