Oh regarding holsters. I consider Glock's "work" guns and generally wear them in kydex. I have a paddle holster from Comp-Tac and a OWB holster from Raven Concealment that is no longer made.

I don't own a 20 but do own a 21 and have a 10mm conversion barrel for it. It's definitely a big gun and noticeably more snappier than a 9mm but nothing punishing IMO.
