Re: Do people have no respect for authority anymore?
So the victim's mistake was opening his door? Would the result have been any different if he hadn't. The shooter claimed the door was ajar.

I don't know what the rules are in Alabama, but if the prices cheap, enough the process fast enough, and the training easy enough. When I was in Alabama is was about the same cost as Texas per year, maybe a little lower. The process was through the country sheriff and took about a week. No training.

Re: FS: Like new JM Marlin .45-70 Guide Gun
Is the "JM" model more desirable than the regular Marlin? I need some educating. Yes sir. It denotes a rifle manufactured before the Remington buy out. It is a true Marlin. The running joke is it stands for "Just Marlin". After the buy out, there was a period of quality issues.

Re: Negroes and the Gun The Black Tradition of Arms
It's amazing to me how much we've been lied to about the history of this country. And mostly for political agendas.

I realize it won't be popular, but I'm at the point where I believe I'll start celebrating March 2nd instead of July 4th.
Texas has been good to me.
