12/18/13 - Submitted Application Online
12/19/13 - Confirmation of Receipt
01/03/14 - Fingerprints Completed
02/12/14 - Background Check Under Review
02/20/14 - Pending Manufacturing

The wait is almost over....I hope.

02/21/14 - Mailed :clapping ...

There have been applicants that are in BG pending status for 1 day, others for 1 month. Average is around 1 week. After that it moves fast. Manufacturing Pending 1 day, mailed the next. By looking at the posts it seems like it then takes 3-4 business days before it arrives in your mailbox.

Mailed the checklist in with completion form via snail mail mid-January and still no update. Tried uploading it from scans on the 10th of February. Not sure if I uploaded it wrong or what. How else has everyone been doing it? Also, I ...

Whaaat? Do you mean 01/07/14? Was it a renewal? I have never heard of a two week turnaround. If it is that fast then congratulations for beating the system.
