A couple of us had also sent in our paperwork on the 29th and saw the change in status yesterday and today. From what I can tell it's about 2-3 days after the change that plastic is in hand. :)

9/12/14 - Plastic Received ...

I waited 3 months and then one day I emailed and asked for an update. 7 days later I received an emailing saying my license had shipped. 5 days later I had it in hand. I think my application was just sitting in a pile somewhere and when I sent and email asking about it, it got someone's attention ...
