I tried to call and hit a brick wall "Our agents are too busy right now...". I hope you are wrong about mailing them in and emailing was enough. I guess time will tell at this point; if they are really that busy then I guess it will be a looooong wait anyway.

I just uploaded my checklist through their system. I never mailed anything.
Got my new CHL in 20 days.
