I did everything online and got mine 19 days after submitting all my documents.

I've also lived/worked at the same places for 10+ years, have a clean record and a not-so-common name, so those factors couldn't hurt either.

Stands to reason that online applications will always go through quicker ...

Update: my wife received hers today. 21 days from submission to receipt.

I submitted the online application on June 6, did prints on June 12, took the class and submitted all documents on June 14.

Got my license in the mail today. 19 days from submitting docs to receipt of license.

The wife submitted all of her stuff the same time as I did, hasn't received anything ...
