Often when I am wearing a t shirt the handle of the weapon sticks out slightly. Is this illegal?

Took the XDS 3.3 45acp out again this evening for a jog, problem is that when I made it back home the gun was covered in sweat and the holster I have was also wet with sweat.

Sweat on brand new hand gun not good.
Had to do a complete cleaning and lube of the weapon.

Now that I think of it I don't ...

Bought a new XDS 3.3 in 45acp.

Conceals great, took it with tonight on a jog. Was nice and light, except the holster I have rubbed a hole in my skin while running.

I need a good holster now.

ok So size is a factor? I'm 6'3 215lbs and tonight tried going out with my Glock 21C 45 ACP and it was extremely uncomfortable.
I enjoy going jogging and am typically wearing t shirt and shorts here in North Texas.Rarely in the winter unless it is a blizzard or freezing I do not wear a jacket ...
