I wish there could be an investigation. If someone accused me of making a deadly threat I'd be charge, and my prized little card would be suspended until I could 'splain myself.
The same thing should happen here.

Pancho Nevarez famously arranged for panic buttons after a nutcase lobbying for open carry had a confrontation that, personally, I would have found rude, not threatening.

Is there any credibility to the claim Poncho Nevarez threatened to shoot Matt Rinaldi? I understand there is a counter claim of the same nature by Neverez against Rinaldi.
