So far I have only seen 4 in the Fort Worth / White Settlement area. I myself have been since day 1 (when not at work) and have had zero issues everywhere I have been.

I will not give a warning if ever put in that situation. If someone other than my family is in my home without me knowing, I am under the assumption that they are there to do bodily harm to myself, my wife, or my son. No one knows my home better than us and giving a warning will only give away my po...

Recording a LEO question
Does anyone know the outcome of the bill that would make it where you had to be so many feet away from a LEO if you are recording them? I don't remember the bill number so I apologize.

I was really feeling good about HB910 until I read some are wondering if the Gov. might be signaling a veto if it arrives on his desk with the Huffines/Dutton amendment attached. Then wouldn't the best thing to do is to stop asking him about the amendment, allow him to move to adopt it, then vote it down? Or are we afraid if we tried that tactic that it would actually be adopted?

Wait! What the heck happened? I had to step away for a meeting for about an hour. I come back and the bill says it failed?!? Someone please help fill me in! When I left they were going back and forth over and over about CLEAT.
