I uploaded my documents almost a month ago and don't recall getting any confirmation email. Should I reupload the documents or do I need to contact them to see if they got them?

Once you upload your documents, do you get an email or anything that says they have been received and they are working on it?

Applying for my CHL and wondering if it is better to mail the documentation in or upload all of it to the website.
