Honestly, this was so long ago that i do not remember what it was under so i have no idea. The whole time frame as far as that marriage time period is really erased from my mind, it was not a happy time. I was arrested in mid 2005 for interrupting an emergency call. I was trying to leave home and my wife at the time called 911 to keep me from leaving, I had no idea she had dialed 911 so i snatched the phone from her hand and it hung up on the operator. they called back and i answered and of course ...

Hi, Im totally new to forums and am waiting to see if I can get my chl/ltc here in tx. About 10 years ago though I was arrested and received deferred adjudication.
