I filed a renewal November 27th.

No change on Website, cannot get through to talk to anyone because of "high call volume."

If it were just that, then no. But HEB makes millions in government money every year, from a variety of things. They are the OFFICIAL bill pay location of 10 different City municipalities in Texas, they sell Hunting and Fishing licenses, take payments for various city services, and receive ...
