Yeah, Im not sure it is at this point cause the website hasnt changed. I know some get it before the site changes and some don't but I would expect it to change within a couple days. I guess I will see when I get home tomorrow ...

I don't have my paperwork with me but on your fingerprint reciept go to the website at the bottom and there is a place to check. You can enter your id number and it will tell you when they were provided. Wish I coild be more specific but I just don't have it immediately available.

Just talked with my wife and she said I got a letter from the state and it feels like a card inside 
I am away traveling and cant confirm said reciept cause I told her I want to open it. So I will confirm positive when I get home this weekend.
